Hermitage Pecan is a thicker 1/2"
engineered hardwood five inches in width.
Overall thickness isn't necessarily a
quality indicator when one considers the
actual veneer, which in this case is a
medium 2 mm. Considering the wear layer
thickness is not very meaty you can expect
one refinishing if need be, but darker
stains will have to prevail.
Hand rubbed darker stained colors prevail
in this line including Rain Barrel,
Lantern Glow, Old Furnace , and Whistling
Kettle. Approved installation types
include the glue and tap floating method,
stapling, or gluing direct to a properly
prepared and sound subfloor with
