15 YEAR WATER DAMAGE WARRANTY |
Effective May 1, 2002, APC Cork, Inc. warrants for a
period of 15 years for APC Cork Floating Floors from
the date of sale to the original consumer purchaser
for residential applications that its Cork Floating
Floor shall, under normal use and service for
residential applications: Will resist water damage
from tropical spills. If the product does not
perform as warranted, APC Cork, Inc., agrees to
provide material for one (1) repair or replacement
of all or any of the part of the installation, APC
Cork’s discretion and labor costs will not be
covered. After the first year from the date of your
installation, APC will cover reasonable material
costs prorated based on the number of years from the
date of original installation. A copy of the
original invoice as well as suppliers invoice must
be provided as well as samples of the problem area.
This warranty shall not apply to damage arising from
the following:

Accidents abuse or misuse |
| ▪
Exposure to extreme temperatures |
| ▪
Failure to install or use this product in
accordance with APC Flooring installation
instructions |
| ▪
Improper maintenance |
| ▪
Flooding, either by natural cause. Plumbing or
appliance failures |
| ▪
Trapped water underneath the APC floor arising
out of or in connection with any condition of
the sub-floor |
| ▪
Installation of product with visible
manufacturing defects |
No other warranties, express or implied, are made,
including merchantability or fitness for particular
purpose. Under no circumstances shall APC Cork, Inc.
be liable for any loss or damage arising from the
purchase, use inability of this warranty.
No fabricator, Installer, dealer, agent or employee
of APC Cork, Inc. has the authority to increase or
alter the obligations limitations or limitations of
this warranty.
This warranty gives you specific rights. You may
have other rights under state law. Your rights and
limitations described above may vary from state to
state. Thus, it is important to retain this warranty
information.
