Middleton Oak offers a very thin 5/16
inch thickness floor on a five inch
engineered wide plank. Ideal for a starter
home, or one trying to flip a house, we
consider the
product to be below average
but does offer value.
Standard stain colors are included with
this rotary peel hardwood. They include a
natural clear finish or one can choose
darker toned stains in Coffee Bean and
Walnut. On the brownish red side is Cider,
Cocoa, and Honey with a lighter straw
toned Wheat.
Like other thin engineered products we do
not feel comfortable offering the staple
method as the company does. No floating
here. Gluing directly to wood or concrete
subfloors would be our choice of
installation. |

Ease of Installation-
Wood Subfloors; Good Concrete; High
difficulty DIY gluedown. Professional recommended. |
