Williams Maple will offer more of a
consistent appearance so far as color
variation goes. Expect some variation from
one board to another but without any
pronounced
colors or other characteristics
of some wood floors. This five inch x 1/2
inch thickness engineered hardwood will
offer more of a casual look due to it's
board width and open graining.
Williams Maple is sold as a natural clear
finished floor, along with two stain
colors in Caramel, and a dark Garnett.
Wear layer is a little over 2.2 mils,
standard with many of the 1/2 inch
Columbia engineered.
As far as installation
goes, this product can be stapled to
proper and flat subfloor material,
floated, or glued directly to concrete
with Bostiks or Columbia urethane
adhesive. |
