| Kahrs Presidents
Collection is manufactured in a Swedish
White Oak, offering many of the
characteristics expected in a hand scraped
floor. Noticeable will be board color
variances
from light to dark, mineral
streaking and knots.
While the Presidents
Collection is an array of mostly darker
stains, natural color differences from one
board to the next will not be as
pronounced. Darker tones include Oak
Adams, Jefferson, and Lincoln. Lighter
hues show in Jackson and Grant.
Two board width
options are available here. Five inch or
seven inch engineered with a thickness of
5/8. Different sizes present random plank
design possibilities. Installation
procedures include the older glue and tap
method, stapling top a properly prepared
and flat subfloor or direct gluing to
concrete slabs. |
